This thriller movie is not the best Hitchcock directed. The actors are excellent. Ray Milland and Grace Kelly are superb. The intrigue is the usual police inquiry intrigue we can see in too many movies. The ambiance of the movie is good and the images superb for a movie filmed in 1954. Every movie fan must see Dial M for murder, even the young movie fans, who often are scared by the old movies. The famous Grace, who bacame later the Princess Grace of Monaco or la Principessa di Monaco in italian, was great in each of her movies. In Dial M for murder, she played an unfaithful spouse who looks weak at the first look but in fact, she is caracterial.
In this movie, Grace Kelly was as elegant as ever. She plays a femiinne woman who is capable of being charming and tough at the same time. Dial M for murder is an average movie to watch but still, a movie to see. And every fan of Grace Kelly must see this movie again and again. I saw this movie at least fifty times in my life and even if the intrigue is not really strong, i never miss a chance to see again Dial M for murder.
